For generalization...

Why older women want to date younger men:
- in their physical prime
- relatively less financial liabilities, and hence smoother cash flow
- their minds / determinations / disciplines are fairly underdeveloped, and hence, they can be more easily manipulated and molded into whatever shapes the female desires
- less body hair and hair in weird places...

Why younger men want to date older women:
- in their physical prime...what other reasons do you need?

P.S. I have to mention, I hate that I'm now in the 'old' speed-dating group.. hahaha

Age is just a number. A number by itself is useless unless it is used in conjunction with other numbers.

An athlete's performance can't be based on just his/her number of goals.
A corporation's earning can't be based on just its revenue.
A car's performance can't be based on just its engine displacement.
An individual's health can't be based on just physical fitness.
